Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Executive located in Ludhiana, India. The Hiring Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the technology or blockchain industry is a plus
