Job Summary

Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client servicing for international stakeholders
Handle client communications through international voice processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Analyze client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Provide timely updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders
Act as an individual contributor with ownership of assigned accounts

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Domain Experience:

International Voice Process
Banking / Insurance
Client Servicing or Stakeholder Management

Education:
Graduation is mandatory
Work Experience:
Only post-graduation experience will be considered
Profile:
Stable career profile with complete and proper documentation

US Shift
Working Days:
5 days a week
Week Off:
Fixed Saturday & Sunday

WORK MODE (Hybrid Model)

Training Period:
6 to 8 months On-site
Post Training:

3 weeks Work From Home
1 week Work From Office

Compensation & Benefits

CTC:
Up to 10.5 LPA
Shift Allowance:
7,000 8,000 per month
Variable Pay:
Paid once every 6 months
