Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients in the

    US Healthcare Recruitment

    domain
  • Generate and manage leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly revenue and placement targets
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    BDM / Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Client Acquisition

  • Excellent

    communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to work in the

    US time zone

  • Experience in

    US Staffing / Healthcare / ITES

    preferred
