The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the staffing and recruitment industry. The BDM will play a key role in identifying market trends, creating strategic business plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients. This position requires extensive travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the staffing industry.

• Conduct market research, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Achieve sales goals through effective presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

• Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams for successful delivery.

5. Travel:

• Travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the staffing/recruitment industry.

• Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment market, industry trends, and client needs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
