Dear Candidate,

We are hiring Assistant - Manager in Human Resource.

Job Location: Pune, Pashan

Work from Office Everyday (No Hybrid Culture). Interested candidates kindly go through the JD and apply.

Core

  • Handling

    End-to-End

    Recruitment

    Cycle

  • Maintaining SRF (Staffing Requisition Forms) for all open vacancies (New/ Replacement)
  • Sourcing, Screening & Short-listing Resumes.
  • Arranging / Co-ordinating Interviews with respective HODs & Managers.
  • Offer Negotiations, Offer release, coordinate with candidate till he/she joins on-board.
  • Conducting Background Verification with their previous Employers
  • Maintain Recruitment Tracker with new joinee details
  • Coordinating with external consultants for hirings as per requirement

End

  • Completing Joining Formalities i.e.: Documentation, Induction, allotment of Work-Stations, Systems.
  • Ensure issuance of other requisite Credentials like Employee Id, Bank Account, Id Cards etc.,
  • Updating Master Employee Database & issuing Employee Codes (Excel & ERP) and all relevant trackers.
  • Maintain and update Employee Personal Files & Records for Audit & Compliance
  • Maintaining trackers for the same
  • Verification of Credentials shared in joining documentation.
  • Generate Letters: Appointment Letter, Contract Letter, Contract Renewal Letter, and Confirmation Letter, Experience / Relieving Letter.
  • Sharing organizational announcements, salary details as per requirement
  • Making ERP entries as per requirement

Employee

  • Conduct various employee engagement activities like Periodic Celebrations & Daily Birthday Mailers
  • Maintaining Cost of employee engagement activities
  • Conducting events for employee engagement & trackers for employee engagement activities

HR Operations

  • Employee satisfaction survey, conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) specifically in Probation Period of new joinee.
  • Handle Employee Grievances
  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • Assist Team for documentation at the time of Audit
  • Assist Team in PMS process.
  • Coordinate with Accounts team for Vendor Payment
  • Coordinating refreshers training as per requirement
  • JD Preparations as per requirement
