Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Rivirtual, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and retention for our products by effectively managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic ad networks to drive measurable results.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI and minimize customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data insights, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Scale campaigns by identifying and targeting high-performing audience segments.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards to track and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.

SEO & Organic Traffic Growth

  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to enhance Rivirtuals organic visibility and improve website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword analysis and competitive benchmarking to optimize paid and organic search strategies.

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention.
  • Identify emerging trends in digital marketing, and experiment with new channels, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Partner with the product and engineering teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Design to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience

    in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and attribution modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
