We believe fashion can be both beautiful and responsible — crafted with care, worn with intention, and communicated with purpose. We’re looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketer who can bring this story to life — through thoughtful content, authentic storytelling, and data-driven campaigns that grow with grace. What you’ll do: Create and manage meaningful social media content that reflects our values. Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest) for awareness, engagement, and conscious conversions. Collaborate with sustainable creators and communities. Track performance and use insights to nurture gentle, consistent growth. Occasional travel may be required Who you are: 2–5 years of experience in social + performance marketing (fashion or D2C preferred). Strong with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics. A storyteller with a calm, creative voice and an eye for minimal design. Deeply aligned with sustainability, slow fashion, and purpose-led brands.
