Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Core Skills (Must-Have)

  • Strong

    sales and persuasion skills

    with a track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication in

    English + local language

    (ability to simplify conversations for doctors).
  • Ability to explain

    business value (ROI, efficiency)

    instead of just features.
  • Comfortable with

    clinic visits, cold calls, WhatsApp/email follow-ups

    .
  • Experience in

    SaaS / Healthcare / CRM sales

    is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of

    sales funnels, CRM, and automation

    (training provided).

  • High energy, confident presence, and professional grooming

    hungry to close deals

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Research and build lists of local clinics (dentists, dermatologists, fertility, GPs, wellness centers).
  • Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, and field visits to pitch the platform.
  • Book and schedule

    Zoom or in-person demos

    .

Sales Meetings & Demos

  • Conduct engaging

    Zoom demos and in-person presentations

    .
  • Clearly explain packages, ROI, and patient flow benefits.
  • Position SaaS as a

    solution to clinic challenges

    .

Pipeline & Closing

  • Follow up with doctors via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
  • Negotiate subscription terms and

    close deals

    .
  • Transition signed clients to the

    Tech Specialist team

    for onboarding.

Reporting & Growth

  • Maintain lead and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Consistently hit

    weekly/monthly sales targets

    .
  • Collect market feedback to refine pitch and product positioning.
