Meet recruitment targets and maintain accurate documentation in ATS. Requirements: 1-5 years of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment, specifically in nursing roles . Familiarity with US healthcare staffing practices, time zones, and terminology. Experience working with direct clients or through MSPs/VMS . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
