Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience in US Recruitment preferably within the life sciences or biology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, and related scientific industry.
Strong understanding of the life sciences sector and its unique hiring needs.
Good knowledge of work permits / authorizations / visa / tax terms etc.
Good in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.)
Good sourcing skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Works independently to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Willing to work in the night shift as per US timings
