US Healthcare Recruiter

As a Healthcare Recruiter at Infireex, you will be responsible for recruiting across diverse verticals including Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Physician Recruitment, Local Contracts, and Full-Time (Direct Hire) Placements. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end process of placements to ensure quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for travel, local contract, allied health, physician, and direct hire roles. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and ATS/CRM platforms. - Conduct interviews to assess licensure, clinical qualifications, and fit for role and location preferences. - Manage the entire hiring cycle including submissions, client interviews, feedback, and negotiations. - Ensure compliance with facility-specific credentialing, licensing, and state requirements. - Track candidate communications and updates accurately in Ceipal or a similar ATS. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Credentialing Teams for smooth onboarding. - Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to successful placement. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 6 months to 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience (travel, local contract, or direct hire preferred). - Knowledge of healthcare roles such as nurses, therapists, physicians, and allied professionals. - Familiarity with credentialing workflows and healthcare compliance standards. - Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems (Ceipal preferred) and VMS platforms (Vivian, ShiftWise, Aya, Medefis, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach. - Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills. - Bachelor's degree preferred; however, proven recruitment skills and healthcare knowledge are highly valued.
