Job Role- Healthcare Recruitment (Freshers)

Designation- Management Trainee

Shift- US Shift (7:30 PM IST to 4:30AM IST )

5 Days working model (Saturday and Sunday off)

Location – Indore

CTC – 2,72,3 lpa

Roles & responsibilities -

• understand the Job description given by the client for requirement
• Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates
• Make sure that the potential employees have necessary skills to meet client needs
• search potential candidates from Job boards ( Career Builder / Monster/ LinkedIn etc. )
• Screen resumes and checks their fitment for the given requirement (over call )
• submit the candidate details & resume to the client for further process
• Set up interviews between the Client and the potential candidate
• If selected deploy them to the client location

Qualifications-

• Must be at least graduated (Any Bachelor's Degree).
• Must have Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Willing to work in Mid Shift
