Role & Responsibilities : Understand the job/Client requirement. Source resumes from various job boards , Screen the profiles and shortlist the profiles. Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer negotiation. Work along with Leads and manager to achieve the target in certain time frame.
