US Recruiter

As a US Recruiter (Fresher) at our company, you will play a vital role in assisting our recruitment team in the identification and attraction of suitable candidates for a variety of healthcare positions. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain fundamental knowledge in healthcare recruitment. Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. You will be involved in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will help in keeping accurate candidate records and documentation, as well as providing support in various administrative tasks as required. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Any Graduation or Post Graduation. A keen interest in US recruitment and a willingness to learn and develop within the field are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will also be beneficial in carrying out your duties effectively. The position is based in Phase 8 Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab, with a shift timing from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift).
