US Recruiter (Finance/Healthcare/Engineering)

As a US Recruiter (Fresher) at our company located in Phase 8 Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab, you will play a vital role in our recruitment team by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions during the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain essential knowledge in healthcare recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. - Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. - Help in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation. - Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: - Any Graduation or Post Graduation degree. - Strong interest in US recruitment with a willingness to learn and develop in the field. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
