Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and forecast staffing requirements.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels to build a pipeline of talent.
  • Lead and mentor recruitment team members, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, nursing schools, and professional associations to support ongoing talent acquisition.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations image in the healthcare market.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare environment.
  • 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.
