About Us:

US healthcare staffing company

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, therapists, etc.) for US clients.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals to find candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and account managers.
Maintain and update candidate database in
ATS/CRM
.
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

Any graduate with excellent
English communication skills

For Experienced:

6 months – 3 years in healthcare recruitment.

For All Candidates:

Willingness to work in
US time zones

Strong sourcing & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
