✅ Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal databases
✅ Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client needs
✅ Manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process
✅ Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client job requirements
✅ Track and maintain data in our ATS (Ceipal or similar)
🔹 2+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing (clinical roles)
🔹 Strong sourcing and communication skills
🔹 Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or VMS portals
🔹 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Goal-driven mindset with a passion for recruiting
