Healthcare Recruiter

As a Healthcare Recruiter at our company, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for various healthcare positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Source, engage, and screen candidates for U.S. healthcare roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, NP/PA, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Clinical Coordinators, and Lab Technicians. - Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability. - Arrange interviews with clients and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Provide support to hiring managers to ensure timely candidate placements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing or recruitment. - Knowledge of healthcare roles, compliance, and credentialing is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.,
