Job Description

Executive – Wellness & Engagement

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Employee Health, Wellness & Well-being Programs:

·        Develop and implement comprehensive wellness initiatives aimed at improving employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health.

·        Provide basic nutritional guidance and collaborate with health professionals to offer informed diet-related suggestions.

·        Identify health improvement areas and design targeted interventions to enhance overall well-being.

·        Coordinate weekly exercise, stretching, Yoga and meditation sessions/workshops across locations.

·        Arrange virtual and on-site meditation sessions for employees in Mumbai, Jaipur, and other branches.

·        Oversee fitness evaluations and support personalized diet and exercise recommendations.

·        Manage recreational zones, wellness equipment, and inventory to ensure accessibility and effective usage.

·        Track participation, gather feedback, and analyze data to improve wellness program effectiveness.

 

2.   Employee Engagement Programs:

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives that strengthen team bonding and workplace culture
  • Organize Fun Friday sports hour

    s

    (5–6 PM) to encourage employees to engage in recreational activities.
  • Organize monthly birthday celebrations and welcome activities for new joiners to foster belonging.
  • Plan and execute major cultural and national celebrations such as Diwali, Holi, Republic Day, Independence Day, and others.
  • Plan and support large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum employee participation. 

Events like: Samanvay, Team outings, Family fun fairs, Corporate Olympics and others.

  • Establish and oversee committees for for various activities, ensuring they are well-structured and effectively managed.

Educational /Professional Qualification:

·        Post Graduate from IIP / SIES.

Work Experience:

·        3-5 years’ work experience is preferable

·        Obtain supplier capability & competitions and develop product to suit company requirement.

·        Compliance to Govt. policies and Sustainability requirements for NPDs.
