Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 12 years of experience to lead our sourcing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and site management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and coordinate the sourcing process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve processes.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms.

Monitor and report on sourcing performance metrics to optimize results.

Job Requirements
