Job Description

Role & responsibilities Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Real Estate Plan, coordinate, and oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project proposals. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
