Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs to reduce the risk of accidents, injuries and occupational illnesses Create and implement safety policies and procedures that comply with state, federal, and company regulations Conduct regular safety audits to ensure that safety procedures are being followed and identify any potential hazards Train and educate employees on safety regulations and the proper use of safety equipment and gear Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify their root causes and develop corrective actions Monitor safety-related legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate safety Preferred candidate profile Real Estate Knowledge with safety compliances Male Preferred Salary Bracket 18000 to 25000 Immediate Joiner Preferred
