Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and statutory requirements at construction sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety management plan , including emergency response and evacuation procedures . Conduct toolbox talks , safety drills , and awareness training sessions for workers and staff on industrial safety, fire safety, and first aid . Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce compliance with safety standards. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses , prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to identify risks and develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies . Maintain and update all safety documentation , checklists, and records as per company and legal requirements. Key Skills: Industrial Safety Management HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Fire Safety and First Aid Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification Emergency Preparedness and Response Construction Site Safety Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant field. Certification in Industrial Safety / HSE / NEBOSH / Fire Safety preferred.
