2. Development of Proprietary Parts & vendor development for Proprietary Casting, Forging, Sheet Metal, Plastics & Trims
2. Knowledge on Suspension, Gear Box, Axles, Plastics and Trims, Sheet Metal3. Vendor development & Supplier Selection, Evaluation, APQP Process, DVP on Process & Product4. Process Knowledge on Castings, Forgings, Aluminium castings (PDC, GDC), Machining, Welding & Fabrication5. To coordinate Vendor Development, Product Development along with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality to meet the product requirements6. Knowledge on ZBO & Should Costing of Process7. Should have handled Suppliers - Tier1 & 2 across India
8. Should have a managed a team
9. Project management and product life cycle management experience will be an added advantage
