Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to NRI clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to NRI clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting NRI investments.
Build and maintain a network of contacts within the NRI community to promote our brand and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing relationships with NRI clients, preferably in the financial industry.
Strong knowledge of investment products and services relevant to NRI clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build trust and rapport with high net worth individuals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide informed investment advice.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and transactions.
