Role Summary: The Export Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and growing international sales of hydraulic products by identifying target markets, building customer relationships, handling pre-sales to post-sales coordination, and ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. This is a techno-commercial role requiring strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage export sales of hydraulic products across targeted international geographies. Identify and develop new overseas customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Prepare and implement export sales plans in alignment with company objectives and market potential. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Purchase, Accounts) to ensure on-time quotation, order execution, and delivery. Prepare and review commercial offers, technical proposals, and contract documentation. Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules using company systems (SAP/Sales tools). Monitor export market trends, perform competitor analysis, and recommend pricing strategies. Address customer queries and manage post-sales support, including complaint resolution within defined timelines. Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and customs to ensure smooth export documentation and shipments. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Executive Director. Candidate Profile: B.E. in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline. 2-8 years of hands-on export sales experience in the engineering or hydraulics sector. Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, pricing, and payment terms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP (SAP Business One preferred) is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
