Job Description

  • Take full responsibility for end-to-end revenue generation through sales and services in Kanoda’s Solar EPC segment offered to commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility-scale segments.
  • Develop key growth sales and business development strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and initial client engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract/order closure.
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and project bids.
  • Define, articulate, and implement the organization’s strategy for selling services.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy/regulatory developments to inform sales strategy.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Solar EPC business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain CRM records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Should be self-motivated to own the department and take the lead in taking initiatives for business development.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with domestic solar customers/target audience.
  • Define qualitative and quantitative targets for self and reporting team. Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
  • Should be proactive in developing new networks/channels and developing and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop new systems/SOPs for efficient operation of the sales & marketing team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
