Take full responsibility for end-to-end revenue generation through sales and services in Kanoda’s Solar EPC segment offered to commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility-scale segments. Develop key growth sales and business development strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets. Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and initial client engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract/order closure. Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and project bids. Define, articulate, and implement the organization’s strategy for selling services. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial offers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy/regulatory developments to inform sales strategy. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Solar EPC business. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Maintain CRM records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to management. Should be self-motivated to own the department and take the lead in taking initiatives for business development. Must have knowledge and experience with domestic solar customers/target audience. Define qualitative and quantitative targets for self and reporting team. Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets. Should be proactive in developing new networks/channels and developing and maintaining good customer relationships. Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Maintain and develop new systems/SOPs for efficient operation of the sales & marketing team.
