Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and hands-on professional to lead our marketing and sales functions and build a high-performing team from the ground up. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to broader business operations.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through digital marketing, content, SEO, events, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Establish and maintain the companys branding, messaging, and positioning.
Team Building & Leadership
- Build, structure, and grow the marketing and sales teams from scratch.
- Define roles, recruit team members, and onboard top talent across digital marketing, content, design, and sales.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to meet performance targets.
- Establish workflows, KPIs, and a results-oriented team culture.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to define sales targets and strategy.
- Support lead generation, conversion tactics, and pipeline management.
- Directly engage with high-value customers and strategic accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues when necessary.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure consistent messaging and unified goals.
- Provide marketing and sales support for product launches, new services, or market expansions.
- Actively participate in strategic planning, pricing, and business development initiatives.
Operations & Performance Monitoring
- Set up and manage key marketing and CRM tools.
- Analyze data to track team performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, marketing ROI, and sales progress.

2-5 years
- Proven track record of

CRM systems, marketing automation tools
