Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement retail operations strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores/branches. Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Manage, mentor, and lead the retail operations team including store managers and supervisors. Optimize inventory management, merchandising, and store layout to maximize sales. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support retail initiatives. Handle escalations related to customer service, staff, or operational issues. Lead recruitment, training, and development programs for retail staff. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all retail locations.
