Role Overview:

Lead and scale the international recycled products trading desk covering ferrous & non-ferrous metals, plastics, e-waste, batteries, tyres, rubber, etc. You will drive strategy, commercial performance, team leadership, business development and supplier/customer relationships, reporting directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and implement commercial strategy aligned with business goals
Lead a high-performing cross-regional team
Identify and capture new market opportunities and product lines
Oversee supply chain, cost management, and risk mitigation
Cultivate relationships with key suppliers, customers and industry partners
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage business risks
Present regular performance and market reports to leadership

What Were Looking For:

Deep understanding of
recycled products (ferrous & non-ferrous scrap, plastics, e-waste, etc.)
Proven track record in commercial decision making & P&L responsibility
Strong leadership, negotiation and market analysis skills
Ability to work across global markets and build supplier & customer networks
