Chief of Staff

A valid reason to live in/relocate to Raipur is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Planning

• Act as a strategic partner to the Founder; support in creating long-term business strategy, growth roadmap, and expansion plans.
• Conduct research, market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and feasibility assessments.
• Prepare board-level and investor-level presentations and strategy documents.

2. Operations & Execution Support

• Work closely with production, operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR, and other teams to ensure execution of key priorities.
• Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Provide insights from ground operations (especially beneficial with a mechanical/production background).

3. Financial Modelling & Business Analysis

• Develop detailed financial models for new projects, capex, expansion proposals, and business cases.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives.

4. Project Management & Special Initiatives

• Lead and coordinate strategic and high-priority projects on behalf of the Founder.
• Ensure timely execution, follow-ups, stakeholder alignment, and result tracking.
• Represent the Founder in internal reviews and external discussions when required.

5. Founder’s Office / CEO Office Support

• Manage Founder’s priorities, schedules, and action items to ensure optimal time utilization.
• Drive structured communication between the Founder and all department heads.
• Prepare reports, project updates, MIS, and briefing documents for key meetings.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

• Degree from

  IIT / IIM / top-tier institution

• 1–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, financial analysis, or manufacturing.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication — ability to create high-quality presentations and reports.
• High ownership, maturity, and ability to operate independently.
• Valid reason and commitment to

Preferred

• Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering background.
• Exposure to plant operations, manufacturing processes, or industrial projects.
• Experience in management consulting, founder’s office, or CEO office roles.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, promoter-driven environments.
