Job Description

Job Title: Head Strategic Growth

Role Overview

The Chief Strategy Ocer (CSO) is responsible for developing and monitoring long-term corporate strategies for sustainable expansion. The CSO conducts competitive intelligence, industry trend analysis, and business model innovation; aligns business units toward cohesive execution; and acts as a senior advisor to the CEO and executive team on all major strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and continuously update the companys long-term strategic vision and roadmap for growth and competitive advantage.
  • Lead corporate strategic planning, translating strategic priorities into actionable implementation plans and measurable objectives.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence, market analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, risks, and new value creation opportunities.
  • Guide business model innovation, partnership strategies, and evaluation of potential M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Drive strategy alignment and execution across all business units by collaborating closely with functional leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the development and monitoring of key strategic KPIs, ensuring continual assessment of initiative progress, risks, and ROI.
  • Champion strategic change management efforts and foster a culture of innovation, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Advise on resource allocation, capital investment priorities, and deployment to maximize strategic impact.
  • Regularly brief the CEO, board, and leadership on strategic pipeline, scenarios, and performance against objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-caliber strategy team and coordinate organization-wide strategic projects.

Qualications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; an MBA or advanced degree in business strategy or related area preferred.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or management consulting, ideally with leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading strategic planning, market/competitive analysis, and transformation initiatives in growth-focused organizations.
  • Strong understanding of nancial analysis, business model innovation, M&A processes, and change management.
