Role Overview: As a member of MetaMorph's Team - Wellness Services, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of the wellness portfolio. You will play a crucial part in developing a comprehensive partnership strategy, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with the product team, spearheading business development initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, monitoring performance metrics, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and staying informed about industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Partnership Strategy: Formulate a detailed partnership strategy aimed at enhancing the wellness services portfolio, encompassing diagnostic services, doctor consultations, mental health support, and health check-ups. - Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders to boost growth in wellness services. - Collaborate with Tech & Product Team: Engage closely with the product development team to synchronize customer needs and market trends with technological advancements for enhanced wellness offerings. - Drive Business Development Initiatives: Assist in business development endeavors to identify new market opportunities and broaden the presence in the healthcare sector. - Ensure Operational Excellence: Supervise operational aspects such as service delivery, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor Performance Metrics: Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor wellness services" performance and leverage data-driven insights for continuous enhancement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different teams to align business strategies and accomplish organizational objectives related to wellness services. - Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep yourself updated on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to facilitate strategic decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the healthcare industry, focusing on wellness services, business development, and strategic partnerships. - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and analytical capabilities. - Leadership qualities to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and calculated risk-taking to achieve ambitious goals.,
