Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management *
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing Relationship Managers.
  • Drive training and upskilling on financial planning, client engagement, and advisory solutions.
  • Define and track KPIs (client NPS, renewal rates, engagement frequency, satisfaction scores).


Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Engage and build trusted relationships with HNIs and UHNWIs (CXOs, entrepreneurs, family offices).
  • Understand client needs, perform financial goal-mapping, and deliver tailored wealth solutions.
  • Provide proactive strategies and Plan B options during underperformance cycles.
  • Represent Liquide Black at client events, conclaves, and webinars. Strategy & Business Growth
  • Develop structured client engagement models (portfolio reviews, proactive insights, event-based touchpoints).
  • Enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and subscription renewals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across wealth products.
  • Align client needs with Liquide Black’s holistic premium advisory proposition.


Industry & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on equity markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, estate planning, taxation, and alternative investments.
  • Work closely with research and advisory teams to deliver high-quality insights.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Advisory.
  • Minimum 3–4 years in a leadership role managing Relationship Managers.
  • Proven track record of engaging HNI/UHNI clients and driving subscription renewals.
  • Strong exposure to financial products: equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, estate/tax planning, and alternative assets.

1. Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills.

2. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. High ethical standards and ability to maintain discretion with client portfolios.

5. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling businesses. 6. Comfortable using technology and AI-driven tools for client engagement.
