Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Talent Acquisition located in Hyderabad. The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves analyzing hiring data to optimize the talent acquisition strategy, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing
• 10 - 15 years of total experience and a minimum of 4 years in managing a team.
• Strong skills in developing talent strategies and managing the recruitment process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Data analysis and reporting skills to optimize recruitment strategies
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience in the tech industry or with startups is a plus
