Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Talent Acquisition located in Hyderabad. The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves analyzing hiring data to optimize the talent acquisition strategy, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing 10 - 15 years of total experience and a minimum of 4 years in managing a team. Strong skills in developing talent strategies and managing the recruitment process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates Data analysis and reporting skills to optimize recruitment strategies Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Experience in the tech industry or with startups is a plus
