Job Description: As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Rapyder Cloud Solutions, located in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy and practices for the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and implementing innovative hiring practices to attract, hire, and retain top talent across India and beyond. About Rapyder: Rapyder Cloud Solutions is a dynamic cloud consulting and services company that focuses on enabling enterprises to achieve digital transformation with agility and innovation. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, speed, and customer satisfaction, Rapyder is now looking to expand its teams to support its growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic Talent Acquisition plan aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and talent needs. - Establish a compelling employer brand and positioning within the cloud ecosystem. - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership, niche technology, and volume positions. - Drive innovative sourcing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social recruiting, and employee referral programs. - Implement data-driven hiring practices with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs). - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Strengthen recruitment processes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and talent analytics. - Ensure compliance, fairness, and inclusivity in all hiring practices. - Enhance the candidate experience through transparent and engaging recruitment processes. - Position Rapyder as an employer of choice through branding campaigns, events, and storytelling initiatives. Requirements: - 12-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity. - Demonstrated success in scaling hiring operations within the IT/Cloud/Technology services sector. - Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence. - Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Passion for fostering a positive organizational culture and building future-ready teams.
