• Track campaign effectiveness & optimize through data-led insights

• 5+ years of agency experience

  in Strategy / Planning / Brand Strategy
• Strong exposure to:
• Digital & Integrated campaigns
• Consumer & market research
• Brand positioning & storytelling
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent

  presentation & client communication skills

• Ability to think both

  creatively + commercially

• Experience across

  digital-first brands, D2C, entertainment, lifestyle, FMCG is a plus

• Experience leading

  large campaigns & pitch wins

• Exposure to

  performance + creative integration

• Ability to build frameworks & scalable planning systems

• Leadership ownership & fast growth
