Head of Strategy

This role is for someone who thinks boldly, moves fast, and operates with precision and intent.

What You Will Lead

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder on strategy, growth, and high-impact decisions.
• Translate vision into scalable business, product, marketing, and revenue outcomes.
• Build frameworks that strengthen our global brand, enhance shareholder value, and accelerate growth.
• Identify and execute new opportunities across markets, partnerships, and business lines.
• Drive strategic alignment across leadership—ensuring clarity, discipline, and accountability.
• Partner with product and technology teams to shape impactful, tech-led solutions for learners and families.

Who You Are

• 6–12 years in strategy, consulting, growth, venture building, or a founder’s office.
• Strong command of business fundamentals, technology awareness, and data-driven decision-making.
• A systems thinker with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Operates with speed, ownership, and a high bar for outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal influence—you can align senior stakeholders without authority.
• Passionate about building organisations that are ethical, inclusive, and globally relevant.
