Head of Strategy

Our client is a major auto-components manufacturer in India. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving, execution excellence, and leadership influence to ensure seamless implementation of the MD's vision and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• :Partner with the MD to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives, including market entry, product expansion, and new business models
• .Lead and support M&A evaluations, due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration
• .Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company's ecosystem and competitive positioning
• .Design and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and geographies
• .Support fundraising initiatives, including investor presentations, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• .Provide data-driven insights, business research, and strategic recommendations to aid decision-making at the MD level
• .Act as a project manager for high-priority initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
• .Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams to monitor progress on strategic priorities
