Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary and globally connected Head of Sponsorships & Alliances to lead the development, execution, and management of high-value partnerships and global alliances for Quí Creatives and its flagship experiential magazine, Exquisé . This is a high-impact leadership role that demands a blend of strategic intellect, industry acumen, relationship mastery, and refined taste. You will build and scale sponsorships that are as culturally relevant as they are commercially valuable , while crafting powerful alliances that elevate our global presence in luxury, lifestyle, art, fashion, hospitality, media, and tech. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a clear Sponsorships & Global Alliances strategy across Quí Creatives and Exquisé. Build long-term multi-sector partnerships with global luxury brands, HNW networks, fashion houses, hospitality leaders, fintech firms, art institutions, and cultural festivals. Identify potential brand alignment opportunities and proactively pitch partnership models rooted in shared ethos, market relevance, and audience overlap. Sponsorship Management: Own the entire sponsorship lifecycle — from pitching and negotiations to activations and post-campaign analysis. Lead the development of tailored sponsorship decks, co-branded initiatives, and bespoke experience partnerships. Collaborate with creative, editorial, marketing, and events teams to craft integrated sponsorship experiences — both digital and physical. Develop KPIs to measure sponsor ROI, audience engagement , and brand sentiment uplift . Global Alliances & Brand Collaboration: Curate cross-border alliances with global design houses, international publications, private members’ clubs, fashion councils, and investment networks. Establish key partnerships with luxury consulates, embassies, cultural attachés, trade commissions , and global experience curators. Create and manage reciprocal partnerships with lifestyle platforms, hospitality groups, concierge brands, and AR/VR/XR innovators. Market & Network Development: Represent the brand at luxury forums, fashion weeks, international design fairs, summits, and invitation-only B2B events. Build an active global network of CMOs, Brand Directors, Luxury Marketers, UHNI Connectors , and cultural influencers. Constantly map and nurture the global sponsorship landscape , identifying white space for Quí and Exquisé to lead. Team & Leadership: Lead and mentor a small yet high-performing team, including Partnership Executives, Sponsorship Coordinators, and Research Analysts. Collaborate closely with Founders, Creative Directors, Heads of Content, and Marketing Leadership on all alliance-led projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of proven leadership experience in luxury partnerships, business development, or sponsorship roles. A well-documented network within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, art, or media industries — both Indian and global. Proven ability to close high-value sponsorships (₹50L–₹5Cr+ deals) and strategic brand alliances . Exceptional storytelling and pitch creation skills — verbal, written, and visual. Deep understanding of the luxury consumer psyche, experiential marketing, and brand experience strategy. Strong negotiation skills and confidence in navigating with UHNI brands, global CEOs, and creative stakeholders. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another international language is a plus. Preferred Candidate Attributes: Experience working with global design or luxury publications , elite events, or HNWI-focused platforms. Experience in integrated marketing, luxury PR, and event-based activations . Highly aesthetic sensibility with an eye for what feels expensive, editorial, and meaningful . Why Join Quí Creatives?
