The Role

We're looking for a Head of Solution Consulting to lead and scale our solution consulting and presales function. You'll be responsible for building a world-class team that translates complex fraud, AML and compliance challenges into compelling Clari5 solutions—driving deal velocity, improving win rates, and shaping how prospects experience our platform.

This is a strategic leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery. You'll work closely with regional sales teams on enterprise pursuits while also influencing product roadmap based on market insights.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing solution consulting team across multiple geographies
• Own the technical win in enterprise sales cycles—from discovery and solution design through proof-of-concept execution and commercial close
• Develop and standardize solution consulting methodologies, playbooks, and demo environments
• Partner with sales leadership to prioritize pursuits, allocate resources, and drive pipeline conversion
• Lead complex RFP/RFI responses and ensure technical alignment with prospect requirements
• Create compelling solution architectures and business cases that articulate Clari5's differentiated value
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders at banks—CROs, Heads of Fraud, Compliance Officers
• Collaborate with Product to translate field insights into roadmap inputs and competitive positioning
• Build reusable assets: demo scripts, use case libraries, ROI models, technical collateral
• Contribute to thought leadership—webinars, industry events, whitepapers

Requirements

• 15+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales within enterprise software—preferably in financial services, fraud/risk management, or compliance technology
• 10+ years leading and scaling solution consulting or pre-sales teams
• Deep domain expertise in banking operations, fraud management, AML/KYC, payments
• Proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage CIOs, CROs, and Heads of Fraud/Compliance
• Experience operating across international markets—APAC, MEA, or Europe preferred
• Excellent communicator who can simplify technical concepts for business audiences
• Hands-on leader comfortable building from the ground up while also scaling processes

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise fraud management and AML platforms
• Familiarity with real-time transaction monitoring, behavioural profiling, device intelligence
• Background in professional services or consulting within financial services
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
