Head of School

As the Head of School, you will play a crucial role in leading the academic and administrative functions while elevating the institution's vision and global standards. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Leading the development and execution of the school's vision, mission, and long-term strategy. - Driving innovation in teaching and learning aligned with IB and Cambridge frameworks. - Promoting a culture of excellence, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Overseeing the implementation of the IBPYP, MS/HS & AS/A levels - Cambridge curricula across grade levels. - Ensuring curriculum delivery, evaluation, and academic rigor to meet global standards. - Facilitating teacher training and professional development aligned with international best practices. - Monitoring student performance and developing strategies for academic enrichment and support. - Supervising day-to-day school operations including admissions, scheduling, infrastructure, safety, and compliance. - Liaising with education boards (IBO, CAIE) for inspections, accreditations, and updates. - Ensuring effective utilization of resources and budget management. - Developing and enforcing school policies and procedures. - Recruiting, evaluating, mentoring, and retaining qualified faculty and staff. - Encouraging a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and teamwork. - Conducting performance appraisals and facilitating staff welfare and satisfaction. - Fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community. - Representing the school in forums, events, and educational associations. - Maintaining open and transparent communication with all stakeholders. - Promoting student well-being, discipline, and personal development. - Encouraging participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. - Cultivating global citizenship, creativity, and leadership among students.
