This role suits someone who is comfortable being on site, understands the realities of execution and can balance design intent, timelines, budgets and contractor performance without losing sight of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop detailed work schedules, material plans and execution strategies before project kickoff. Break down drawings into actionable site tasks and allocate responsibilities to contractors and site teams. Closely monitor daily progress, highlight deviations and implement corrective actions immediately rather than waiting for review cycles. Ensure work is carried out exactly as per drawings, specifications, structural requirements and approved materials. Identify reliable contractors, suppliers, architects and consultants based on past performance, quality and financial stability.
