Head of Sales


Role Summary:

As Head of Sales, you’ll drive the revenue strategy, build and mentor a high-performance sales team, and work closely with the founders to scale brand partnerships. This is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute the GTM strategy to acquire new brand and agency clients.
  • Define sales processes, pipeline velocity, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify high-potential verticals and expand enterprise outreach.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of BDMs, SDRs, and Account Managers.
  • Set KPIs, run weekly reviews, and ensure consistent performance.
  • Foster a winning and transparent sales culture.

Client Partnerships & Growth

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
  • Represent Reelax in brand pitches, events, and key campaigns.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align on GTM.
  • Share key insights from the field to influence product roadmap.
  • Prepare and present revenue forecasts, sales performance reports, and growth plans to leadership/investors.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in Digital marketing, Influencer Marketing or Adtech.
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing or digital campaigns is a bonus.
  • Hustler’s mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup.
