HEAD OF SALES

Your role at our company would involve selling Data Centre Services, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud, Colocation, Datacentre Operations, and more. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in solution selling, with a successful track record of acquiring new logos through direct hunting. Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target segments and organizations for business development is crucial. You should have experience in selling multi-year contracts to renowned customers and be adept at recognizing and influencing key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with key decision-makers for business development - Secure new logos through direct hunting - Sell multi-year contracts to renowned customers - Recognize and influence key decision-makers - Be the point of contact for technical information with customer technical stakeholders - Manage sales operations with a focus on top-line profitability - Ensure optimal utilization of resources - Translate customer business issues into requirements - Manage enterprise and mid-size customers with global exposure - Understand how business processes work in the region/countries Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in solution selling - Proven track record of acquiring new logos - Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills - Knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies (Network, Cloud, Service Management, etc.) - Ability to translate customer business issues into requirements - Experience in managing enterprise and mid-size customers - Global exposure and understanding of regional business processes - Strong leadership abilities - Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills If you are someone who can lead by example, develop strong relationships with executive sponsors of technology, partner ecosystem PAN India & abroad, and have prior experience working with OEMs, we encourage you to apply for this role by sending your resumes to careers@netlabsglobal.com.,
