In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and builders. The position requires a willingness to travel for client meetings and a commitment to staying informed about industry developments. Responsibilities: - Engage with leads and clients to drive sales and maintain relationships. - Arrange meetings with architects and extend invitations to visit our showroom. - Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth. - Develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research. - Consult with clients to comprehend their design requirements, style preferences, and budget constraints. - Present design concepts, proposals, and pricing in a clear and professional manner. - Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. - Cultivate enduring client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. - Stay up-to-date on design trends, products, and competitor activities. - Educate clients on product features and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making.
