Business Development Executive - Interior

As a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in interior design, you will play a crucial role in our team. With at least 5 years of sales experience and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. Your collaboration with architects, interior designers, and builders will be key to success. Your willingness to travel and knowledge of design trends, materials, and products are essential for this role. **Responsibilities:** - Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and close sales. - Meet with architects and extend invitations to visit our showroom. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. - Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research. - Understand clients" design needs, style preferences, and budget during meetings. - Clearly and professionally present design ideas, proposals, and pricing. - Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. - Cultivate strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. - Track sales progress and provide regular reports to management. - Stay updated on design trends, products, and competitor activities. - Assist clients in making informed decisions by explaining product features and benefits. **Requirements:** - 5 years of experience in interior design sales or a related field. - Comprehensive understanding of interior design trends, materials, and products. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Organized, proactive, and responsible with a strong follow-up ability. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
